All Friday night games are local/local matchups or for teams requesting a Friday night game, it is not required.

Age Groups

2015-2016 (10U - 9U):

Playing format: 7v7
Championship and First Division Flights
All teams will play 3 games; no finals
Participation awards/gifts given to all teams
Indiana Sanctioning rules forbid play-off games for U9 and U10.

2013 - 2014 (12U - 11U)

Playing format: 9v9
Premier, Championship, and First Division Flights
All teams will play a minimum of 3 games
Awards given to First and Second Place teams

2010 - 2012 (15U-13U)

Playing format: 11v11
Premier, Championship, and First Division Flights
All teams will play a minimum of 3 games
Awards given to First and Second Place teams

*This tournament will be following the US Soccer mandates for age group requirements and all teams will be placed by appropriate birth year.

15U : Jan 1-Dec 31 of 2010
14U: Jan 1-Dec 31 of 2011
13U: Jan 1-Dec 31 of 2012
12U: Jan 1-Dec 31 of 2013
11U: Jan 1-Dec 31 of 2014
10U: Jan 1-Dec 31 of 2015
09U: Jan 1-Dec 31 of 2016

Team check in for the 2024 Grand Park Cup will be Online:

Check in for the 2024 Grand Park must be completed electronically via your team Got Sport account or may be mailed in. On site check in will not be available.

You can submit the required documents by uploading them to your Got Soccer registration using the team account, you registered for the Grand Park Cup Event. All information must be received no later than midnight on August 27, 2024. You must use the same team account that you used to register for this event.

You can mail in your check in documents by mailing them to the address listed below. Your envelope MUST be postmarked no later than August 23, 2024. Any information submitted beyond the dates above will not be accepted.

Submitting your documents via Got Sport:

Log in to your team Got Soccer account and click the 2024 Grand Park Cup Event
Click Documents tab and upload each of the required Documents. All required forms needed can be found under the Tournament Documents tab.

Teams from within the United States MUST submit:

Copies of validated player/coach/manager passes issued by USYSA or US Club Soccer (rostered players and guest players) as they are listed on your official roster. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS.
One copy of official stamped and validated team roster. Please cross off players who WILL NOT be attending.
Guest player form (if applicable) including guest player card.
Emergency contact form. ONE FORM PER TEAM
Permission to travel document for all USYSA sanctioned teams OUTSIDE of Indiana. This can be acquired via your State Association.

Housing Link for 2024:

Site Search will be your "single source” for hotel reservations for the 2024 Grand Park Cup.

As a reminder and as stated in the Manager’s Checklist and posted registration rules, all teams that are selected for participation are required to make hotel reservations for their entire team through Site Search. Reservations are required at one of the designated hotels and must be booked through the service.

Please read the hotel cancellation policy closely.

The Grand Park Cup weekend is a lot more than soccer. There are many different activities for the players and adult members of the team. Feature highlights of Indianapolis are an Indy Eleven (pro soccer), NCAA Hall of Champions Museum, the Indianapolis 500 Museum, the Circle Center Mall, and the Indianapolis Indians (AAA baseball) all of which are located within 20 minutes of Westfield.
